You may have noticed the 150 foot tall flagpole on your approach to Toowoomba.
Just nearby, Picnic Point Cafe is perched on the edge of the Great Dividing Range. Please take some time to sit & enjoy our view, it is ever changing.
You can sit indoors or outdoors (weather permitting). We are fully licensed & offer a diverse dining menu.
Toowoomba is the gateway to the fertile Darling Downs. There is a lot to see in the town & the region. Make sure you stop at the Visitors Information Centre on the Corner of James and Kitchener Streets for maps. A scenic drive to the Bunya Mountains via the Jondaryan Woolshed is a fun day out.
More locally….there are art trails, bushwalks on the escarpment, the Japanese Gardens to explore, boutique shopping in the city centre & many other things to do.
Whatever you choose to do, make sure Picnic Point Cafe is first on your list!
